IMPD arrested the 19-year-old because of the suspected role in the shooting examination

Indianapolis (Wish) Detective of the Metropolitan Police Department of Indianapolis Metropolitan arrested a 19-year-old on Tuesday because of his alleged role in a shooting examination on Tuesday evening.

Shortly before 7 p.m. on Tuesday, IMPD Northwest District Officers reacted to the 1400 Block of West 34th Street to the report of a person. The officials arrived quickly and found an adult man with gunshot wound injuries. The man was brought to a local hospital in stable state. A crime scene was in West 34th Street and Harding Street, where the shootout was detected.

IMPD detectives responded to the beginning of the investigation. In this case, detectives with information that was collected at the scene quickly developed a suspicious vehicle. A description of the vehicle, which was assumed that it was involved, was made available to all IMPD officers.

An Eastern district of EMPD officer recognized the suspect's vehicle from an earlier encounter and passed on important information about detective. The technology helped the officials and detectives, additional information about the possible suspect and the vehicle to collect from which he was assumed.

Using several examination tactics, Detective Figueroa identified as a suspect in this case. Later the same night, the officials found the vehicle in the 4800 block of the Patricia Street. Detectives applied for and received a search command for the residence and the car.

With the support of IMPD K9 and Swat, Figueroa was custody without incidents. During a search of the house and the vehicle, Detective found, which is seen as evidence from the shootout.

Figueroa was arrested for heavy battery.
