Indigo seats swing back and forth in the viral video: The airline apologizes in frightened passenger for “anomaly” | Deployment

A man who flew from Delhi to Lucknow on an indigo flight had a “mini heart farm” after his seat only swung back and forth after the start. He divided a video about the incident on Instagram and alerted the airline. In response, the company apologized and assured him that his feedback had been “extremely serious”.
