Internal police investigations after the arrest of Greenville McDonalds becomes viral

Greenville, NC (Witn) – The Greenville police states to have initiated an internal examination of the arrest of a man on Monday afternoon.

Anthony Drayton's arrest was recorded on video by a customer in the South Memorial Drive McDonald's.

The police say they were called to the restaurant around 2:00 p.m. to look at a complaint and said the restaurant wanted to permanently ban the man from business.

In the two -minute video it shows a police officer with a truck in one hand at a stand with drayton. Drayton is then seen with his hands over his head, and then the officer tries to subdue him again.

About a minute after the video, another officer arrives who hit Drayton with handcuffs in the head area. A third officer then arrives and the officer with the handcuffs is then hit three times while his head is up or near the table.

Drayton continues to fight and shortly before the video is finished, two more officers arrive because he has her arm around the man's neck with his cuffs.

Drayton was accused of having attacked an officer and opposing, delaying or hindering an arrest.

According to an arrest warrant, the man attacked the official “by trying to step into the groin region”. According to another arrest warrant, Drayton refused to give his information on the officials when he examined the complaint for the takeover.

The police say that the video posted on social media only has part of what happened and not what has led to the officer. “Drayton hid his right arm in front of him and repeated the initial answering officer, which asked a secondary officer to hit him on the head. Drayton was not tied up with handcuffs when it happened, ”said a police statement.

Nobody was injured during the arrest, the police said, and the officials were not used at that time for the civil servants involved.
