On March 16, 2025, officials said the drug unit of the Delaware State Police Truppen 2 reacted to the James T. The Commissioner of the Ministry of Justice, Terra Taylor, addressed the arrest and emphasized the agency's commitment to maintain security in Delaware's correctional facilities.

“The measures of the Ministry of Correction to initiate this criminal investigation and to expand the investigation by the Delaware police shows our commitment to protect the health and security of our employees and imprisoned persons and the facilities in which they work and live,” said Taylor. “Illegal and illegal smuggling goods cannot be tolerated, and we are determined to reduce the threat by enforcing our high standards for professional integrity and blaming those responsible for their behavior.”

After the investigation, the detectives of the State Police of Martinez-Morales arrested them and transported them to Troop. It was charged by the judiciary of Peace Court 11 and released due to an unsecured bond of 3,500 US dollars.
