BloombergMark Gurman shared some new details about the rumored iPhone 17 Air today.
In his Put on The newsletter, Gurman, told him that the device in the USA could start at around 899 US dollars, which means that it would take the same price as the iPhone 16 Plus. This would make sense, since it was generally rumored that the air model will take over the Plus model in the iPhone installation in the future.
Despite its ultra-thin and light design, Gurman said that the iPhone 17 Air would offer a battery life that corresponds to “the current iPhones”, although he did not mention specific models. This probably means that the battery life of the device corresponds to at least the iPhone 16 model with the lowest iPhone 16. That would be surprisingly good.
According to Gurman, Apple has made hardware and software optimizations to make the iPhone 17 more powerful. There are three rumored functions for the iPhone 17 air that should help the device offer a longer battery life than you may have imagined, including a battery with a higher density, the more powerful C1 modem of Apple and the lack of an ultra-wide camera that offers more internal space for a larger battery.
Gurman said that the iPhone 17 Air will be equipped with the camera control, which debut last year on all iPhone 16 models. This is the first time that this function was rumored for the device. The button offers quick access to the camera and the associated settings, but some people find it a nuisance and deactivate them.
He also revealed that the iPhone 17 -Air -lünetten on the screen will apparently be as thin as that on the iPhone 16 Pro models.
Some other iPhone 17 air specifications that he mentioned have already been rumored, including a 6.6-in-inch display with 120 Hz promotion support, a dynamic island, a standard A19 chip instead of a A19 Pro chip, a single 48-megapixel return camera, the C1 modem and the absence of a physical SIM box boxes apparently worldwide.
Don't surprisingly find the iPhone 17 air to be launched in September of this year.
