Israel continues the release of the Palestinian prisoners and called for the guarantee for prisoners | Israel-Palestine conflict news

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu delays the release until the Hamas ends their “humiliating ceremonies” while freeing Israeli prisoners.

Israel has shifted the release of 620 Palestinian prisoners until the next publication of the remaining prisoners in Gaza is guaranteed, whereby Hamas denounced the move as an “obvious violation” of the ceasefire agreement.

The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday that the releases of Palestinians as part of the deal would be delayed until the Hamas ends their “humiliating ceremonies” while publishing Israeli prisoners and issued a new demand that was not explained in the ceasefire agreement .

“In view of the repeated violations of Hamas – including the shameful ceremonies that are dishonested by our hostages and the cynical use of hostages for propaganda – it was decided to delay the publication of terrorists that were planned yesterday [Saturday] Until the publication of the next hostages is ensured without the humiliating ceremonies, ”said Netanyahus office in a statement.

The Hamas confirmed her side of the deal on Saturday by releasing six Israeli prisoners from Gaza, the last group of living prisoners, which were freed in the first phase of the ceasefire.

The Hamas accused Netanyahu of “dirty games to sabotage and undermine” to play the armistice.

“Over 100 Palestinians were killed in the first phase [of the ceasefire]Much of the agreed humanitarian aid was not allowed in Gaza, and the retreat from the Netzarim corridor was postponed ”to the north and south.

“We are committed to the deal and we have complied with all of our obligations,” he said.

Since the ceasefire on January 19, Hamas has released 25 Israeli prisoners in top -class handover, with masked fighters on stage. The ceasefire business does not categorically define how Hamas and Israel should release the Israeli prisoners and the Palestinian prisoners.

Al Jazeeras Nour Odeh, who of Amman, Jordan, said Israel's decision to delay the release of the Palestinian prisoners, had been issued by Netanyahu against the recommendation of the Israeli security company.

“There are many questions and many overthrown hopes as well as many works for the mediators who have worked for the release of the Palestinian prisoners and Israeli prisoners,” said Odeh.

In Gaza and in the occupied West Bank, Palestinian families waited hours on Saturday that their relatives were released from Israeli prisons. The Palestinian prison company Advocacy Group said that Israel would free 620 inmates, most of Gaza Strip that were taken into custody during the war.

“We waited for many hours in our chairs, but after many hours nothing. But what else can we do? “Khaled Khaled Al-Jabarin, uncle of a prisoner, said Al Jazera.

Shireen al-Hamamreh, sister of another Palestinian prisoner, said Al Jazera that it was a “very difficult” waiting time.

“We are waiting for you to hug and see them, but Netanyahu always stays a standstill,” said Fatiha Abu Abdullah, a mother in the southern city of Khan Younis.

“God wants you to be released soon.”
