Iu football moved the date of spring game 2025.

The Hoosiers will complete their spring training sessions on April 17 at 8 p.m. ET with a spring game. The new date and the new time could be to watch television, although nothing was announced in this regard. The IU Spring Game was in the big ten network last year. This year's game was previously defined on Saturday, April 19 at 12 p.m.

Indiana's first spring practice is this weekend. Teams are allowed to have 15 spring exercises.

Under head coach Curt Cignetti, IU 2024 used a unique approach to the spring game that the offensive against the defense was.

The offensive defeated the defense last April 34-25.

If the same format is used this year, the competition will contain two 15-minute periods in a criminal offense against defense format, whereby each page collects points on the following evaluation system:

Touchdown – 6 points
Extra point – 1 point
Field goal – 3 points
Winned sales – 4 points
Defense stop – 3 points
Security – 2 points

The game of last year was the only time that Indiana was concerned during spring and autumn camp. It was the first public spring game in several years.

Cignetti was on the field behind the offensive a year ago.

Participation in the spring game was relatively light in 2024, but the enthusiasm for Cignetti and the program after an 11: 2 season and a college football playoff appearance could lead to a significant amount.

It will also be the first opportunity for Indiana fans to see the new transfer quarters Fernando Mendoza, the Roman Hemby and Lee Beebe Jr. and many other new additions.
