James Franklin and Nicholas Singleton presented in the leaked College Football 26 cover

While we cannot see how Penn State will be at the game in a real game by the end of August, we can play much earlier than the virtual Nittany lions. The College Football Video game from EA was triumphant in 2024, the first game since NCAA Football 14, and now the hype begins to build for College Football 26 after the game's cover shoot was leaked through on Wednesday evening.

After head coach James Franklin had achieved the program's first appearance last season last season, the Stars Nicholas Singleton seem to be seen on the cover next year. The cover shot also included Jeremiah Smith, receiver by Ohio State Wide Receiver, and Georgia head coach Kirby Smart, among many other current players and trainers as well as College Football legends like Tim Tebow.

The cover of last season contained Texas Quinnback Quinn Ewers, the two-way star from Colorado Travis Hunter and Michigan, who was running back Donovan Edwards.

If Penn State fans are concerned about a “cover curse” that has been a story with the Madden cover for years, this was the case with Ewers and Edwards. Ewers led Texas to the CFP semi -final, but suffered from the beginning of the season, from which he never completely recovered. Edwards stayed healthy and played 12 games, but he only ran for 589 yards and four touchdowns, while Kalel Mulings took over the lion's share of the carry. However, Hunter won the Heisman Trophy with a legendary season that played both cornerback and wide receiver.

Singleton is currently the 10th on the Penn State All-Time-Rushing list with 2,912 yards. Both he and Kaytron Allen hurried over 1,000 yards last season and ended the year despite combating an injury in the temporary season with 1,474 scrimmage yards and 17 touchdowns. As a Draft-Feurible-Junior, Singleton could have gone to the NFL, but instead decided on his final year and a chance of a national championship. If he doesn't win any in Happy Valley last year, you can at least on College Football 26.
