Jet's Legend Mark Gastineau sues ESPN for Viral Brett Favre Clip for 25 million US dollars

After a clip in which he called Brett Favre because he allowed Michael Strahan to break his sack record last year.

As reported by Christian Arnold in the New York PostGastineau claims that in the segment with which the documentary “30 for 30: The New York Sack Exchange” for the “30 for 30: the New York Sack Exchange” was described “maliciously wrong”.

The former New York Jets legend strives for damages of 25 million US dollars.

According to the lawsuit, Gastineau claims that ESPN used the clip “without its consent or permission” and that they “deliberately and maliciously” publish the film material of the two shaking hands after the encounter.

The 68-year-old Gastineau played from 1979 to '88 for the jets and was named the first team as the all-pro-NFL-SACH head of the first team four times and was included in the Jets' ring in 2012.
