Keeping in Chicago: 1 killed, 1 critically wounded in Rogers Park, says the police, the police say

Chicago (WLS) – At a shootout in Rogers Park on Sunday evening, a man and another were critically wounded, the Chicago police said.

The shootout took place around 9:46 p.m. in the 75 block of the North women Avenue.

The police said the victims, both 31, were found outside with several gunshot wounds.

A man was wounded in the neck and head and brought to St. Francis Hospital, where he was declared dead, the police said.

The second victim was shot into the chest and both legs and brought to St. Francis Hospital, where he was listed in a critical condition, the police said.

A witness told the police that they say that four male suspects flee on foot in front of the scene.

Examine the three detectives in area three and nobody is in custody.
