Kentucky Football will be in front of a top 10 time in 2025

Stop me when you have heard that before: The Kentucky soccer team has one of the most difficult timetables in college football in autumn. This will be the case again in 2025 and there are numbers to secure this.

This shouldn't be too terribly surprising. According to ESPN FPI, the 2024 football plan was difficult in the country. This year's schedule is pretty much the same. There are a few different schools from the Mac, but the SEC opponents remain unchanged, only the venue where the games are played.

Bill Connelly from ESPN recently released the first 2025 ESPN SP+ rankings. The future -oriented metrics has had to be adjusted for the transmission portal movement in recent years, but this performance evaluation has a good task to predict matchups between the opponents. I like to see it as a Kenpom of College football.

Kentucky ranks in the first SP+ rankings in number 40With criminal offense No. 73, Defense No. 25 and No. 14 Special Teams Unit. The cats are just two more SEC programs ahead, Vanderbilt (54) and Mississippi State (65). It is probably no coincidence that these three teams have some of the country's ten most difficult schedules in autumn.

Use this first SP+ data, Kentucky again occupies number 8 in the strength of the schedule. The Wildcats will accommodate No. 7 Texas, No. 8 Tennessee and No. 9 Ole Miss near Kroger Field. The cats have the current data for each of these games for a two-touchdown home outsider. No. 17 Florida is also in the home plan. Kentucky travels according to South Carolina No. 16, No. 22 Louisville and No. 23 Auburn.

“It is a hard business in which we are, it's a hard league and it will be a difficult schedule,” Mark Stoop's last week. “The only thing we can manage is everyday life and the attack that day.

“I've already talked about it. If you look at it in its entirety, there is so much to do. But that's good. That gives us a bunch of juice, a group of energy that is there today as much to do as really as much to do that day. This creates excitement in the building.
