Kim Royston New Crretin-Derham Hall football coach

For the second time this month, Cretin-Derham Hall has appointed a new football coach.

Steve Walsh, who trained the Raiders in the last three seasons, resigned after the 2025 season. Walsh remains in its priority office in the Crretin-Derham Hall.

Royston, a graduate of Cretin-Derham Hall from 2006, certainly played for Gopher between 2009 and 2011. He later trained at the Armstrong High School in Plymouth and Hamline and Temple Universities. He also worked in the sports administration in Shakopee and Minneapoli's Southwest High School.

The Cretin-Derham Hall was 6-5 last season and reached the quarter-finals of class 5a. The Raiders defeated tartan for class 5a, Section 4 championship -their first section title since 2017 -before they lost to Owatonna.
