Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) – A Kimberly man is charged with couples and an offense due to crime.

The 42 -year -old Kyle Brown sees himself sexually exploitative because of sexually exploitative materials and videoOyeurism fees for crimes as well as in household battery or attack of a child. The honorable Jennifer Bergin made an improvement penalty for domestic battery charge.

According to court documents, the police of Kimberly-Hansen and the office of the Sheriff of Twin Falls County reacted to a house due to a domestic disorder on December 26th.

During their investigation, the officials said that, according to the victim statements, Brown discovered that Brown hidden an iPad in a bathroom with pictures and videos such as a minor.

The police say that the domestic incident reported on the discovery of these videos.

The investigation continued the following month, including a Forensic Care interview that was completed on January 22.

Brown performed his first court appearance on Monday afternoon and his bond was set at 100,000 US dollars.

Brown will be due again on March 7th.
