Kolter's latest S. Florida Sr. Housing offers a “cruise ship on land”

Kolter multi -family has broken the ground on a more than 55 shared apartment west of Boynton Beach. The company is following a different approach for conventional 55 apartment options.

“We consider the project as a cruise ship ashore,” said Jeff Quinlivan von Kolter. “As a rule, high-ranking communities offer the residents of smaller units and 24-hour supply that increase the monthly costs of the residents.
