Las Cruces the police examined deadly shootout

• A 36-year-old man, Justin Griffin, was shot on Wednesday evening at the 2100 block of the Lynch Drive in Las Cruces.
• The police and fire brigade units reacted to the scene at around 8 p.m.

The Las Cruces police continue to examine a shot on Wednesday, February 26, and, according to a press release from the city of Las Cruces, led the 36-year-old Justin Griffin's death.
