The Las Cruces police continue to examine a shot on Wednesday, February 26, and, according to a press release from the city of Las Cruces, led the 36-year-old Justin Griffin's death.

The police and firefighters from Las Cruces were sent to the report of a shooting victim at the 2100 block of the Lynch Drive at 8 p.m.

Griffin seemed to have suffered at least one firing wound and was declared deceased as deceased, according to the publication on site.
