{KXLG – Watertown, SD} All charges against Shane Michael Larson, 46, from Watertown, have now been rejected in connection with a case that is allegations of sexual misconduct.

Larson was initially arrested and accused on January 29, 2025 because he has four charges in connection with sexual activities in connection with sexual activity. The fees contained:

• A number of attitudes for sexual activities (offense 1)
• Three cases of sexual penetration by a psychotherapist (crime 4)

According to court files, all four charges came from a quote from the Watertown Police Department on January 29, 2025.

Court files show that all four charges were dismissed by the prosecutor for applications. The three crimes for sexual penetration by a psychotherapist were released on February 13, 2025. The offense due to sexual activity was rejected on February 28, 2025.

Larson represented lawyer Rick Ribstein. Lawyer Lindsey Quasney represented the state of South Dakota.
