Lauren's County Family is looking for justice for teen who were killed in 2023

Laurens County, SC (Fox Carolina) – The family of a boy who killed before Christmas 2023 is looking for answers after the law enforcement has closed the case.

Almost 100 people gathered in Lauren's County's courthouse to seek justice for Kaden Thomas-Lee Moses, which the family says on December 20.

Kaden's mother, Erika Moses, says Kaden was in his room at the time of the shootout with a friend. She said that the case had been closed after the officials ruled that Kaden had died of a self -inflicted gunshot wound.

However, Erika said she was not satisfied with the examination.

“At the moment it is everything to give him a voice, and he was one of the most amazing and astonishing people who would ever meet them in their whole life, heart full of gold,” said Erika. “I seriously thought that he would grow up as a preacher. He is what the world needed more. “

Many of those who were present were Kaden's family and friends from his high school.

“The case is closed,” said South Carolina's law enforcement in a statement. “The law enforcement was rejected, so there is no charges in this matter at this point.”
