Lean Public Relations Canvas

Lean Public Relations Canvas

The Lean Public Relations Canvas provides all the information that is required for creating and testing effective PR strategies. It deals with the assumptions on which you support strategic decisions and create and test a hypothesis. With the canvas, controlled experiments can also be carried out to validate or refute them.

According to Lyndon Johnson, experiments can be carried out in one of four areas to find out whether assumptions about the most important relationships, the mutual benefit, timing and communication channel are correct. As soon as all assumptions are validated in every area, a campaign can be developed that enables you to build up relationships on a scale.

It contained a “most risky assumption” cell -the thing that leads to its PR strategy first fails. It ensures that this remains at the front and in the middle of everything they do. If you do not prove this assumption as true, there is nothing else you do.
