The public voted and four Corner's musical Theater listened and brought Legal blonde, the musical to the Farmington Civic Center, opened on March 20 at 7:30 p.m.

Legally blonde Tell the story of Elle Woods, a Beverly Hills Blonde who decides to visit Harvard Law School, and after her boyfriend Warner to Massachusetts to study law. In return, she discovered on a journey of female authorization.

“I love this show,” said Sarah Harkness, choreographer and deputy director. “Elle doesn't sacrifice who she is while she receives support from other characters.

Harkness, who grew up in Southern California, said she had an understanding of the character that goes from UCLA to Harvard.

“I hope this will be an empowering experience for the young people in the community and Elle observes how she exploits her potential and finds the courage to accept that,” said Harkness.

The story is told in huge music and dance numbers and usually demands a line-up of 38.

Director Randal K. West visited 28 professional actors from all over the country, including some from Farmington.

“In order to get the gravitas of larger numbers, we have occupied the best of our high school interns,” said West, adding that the students help to fill the stage and to help with set changes.

There are large set pieces when Elle is moved by UCLA to Harvard, West said.

In addition to the large set and the line -up, the show offers different challenges.

“It is cinematic.

West brought an internationally known opera singer, Malcolm Payne Jr., as music director and ensemble actor.

“When you hear the ensemble singing, it's electrical,” said West.

West believes that people in Farmington enjoy this musical and what it has to offer.

“It is a really exciting mix with all the elements of a really good musical with characters who know and interested them,” said West and called it “high energy”.
