Leon schools to delay the early days before storm conditions

With the risks of a storm for North Florida, Leon County schools will delay the school lesson for an hour on Wednesday morning.

According to the latest forecast, harmful wind gusts and even some tornadoes can occur between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m.

According to the National Weather Service in Tallahasee, the main concern is “the potential to damage straight wind in heavy storms along a squall line that is forecast to move through the area”. Prognostics cannot rule out the possibility of a large haggel.
