Lionel Messi punished

Inter Miami star Lionel Messi was punished on Tuesday for a surprising incident with a co -coach of the New York City FC after their game ended at the opening of the Major League Soccer season.

Messi left the field after the 2-2 draw. After a verbal exchange with referee Alexis Da Silva, he had received a yellow card. He then exchanged words with NYCFC assistant coach Mehdi Ballouchy.
