Brad Lunsford, a former police officer from Las Cruces, who was convicted of voluntary homicide, will be convicted on April 4, according to court records.

A jury condemned Lunsford on February 13th of the voluntary manslaughter. A jury found this Lunsford when he reacted to shop theft on the former Chevron petrol station on the Valley Drive and wrongly shot Presley Eze.
