Making weapons more difficult to stop criminals

I see where the Delaware legislature takes a different legal template into consideration that makes it more difficult for citizens that are more difficult for laws to buy firearms. Since criminals rarely go shopping in the local sports shop when they need a weapon, this law, like everyone else, has no influence on crime.

The United States are full of firearms. It was always and it will always be. No matter how many laws you say goodbye if a criminal wants a weapon, he or she can easily steal or contact the local illegal arms dealer and buy one of him or her.

Now I have to admit that I was surprised when I bought a 9 mm automatic automatic for my hidden pistol how easy it was. I answered a few questions, paid the price for the price and that was it. I went out of the store with my new weapon.

Sorry, but that's just too easy. There should be a short waiting time so that 1. The person thinks about suicide, they have time to rethink this decision. And 2. The time can be used to carry out a more thorough background check, including mental health and criminal problems.

The seller in the weapon business should be available for all information about Suicide Prevention Hotlines and where a person is available. We lose too many good people every day to have suicide and most of them use a firearm to take their lives.

It will take a while

If you look at the water temperatures and the lower avoidance for most fish that we like to catch, it will take a while for the two to come together. For example, TOG has a lower avoidance of 45 degrees. The water temperature on the surface on the Delaware Lightship Boje is 42 degrees. If you believe that the water on the floor is usually much colder than on the surface, it will take a while for the tog to wake up and start feeding.

I don't know how the water temperature is located on the Indian River Inlet, but the flat back bays should warm up well in front of the deep sea water. This could wake up the TOG that live in the inlet rocks long before those who live in the wrecks and reefs in deep water. As much as I also hate to fish the inlet on outgoing water, this is the main time to try your luck while the warmer water storms out of the back bays.

The flat water of Indian River Bay will probably also warm up and see in front of the deeper water of Delaware Bay or the Ocean. Since this will happen far before the invasion of the “summer people”, you should be able to fish at any time of the day without interruption.

Try to fish the large flat area that runs back to Millsboro from the main channel and then south to the secondary channel and then east towards VfW. This is a very large area with many ridges and holes. It is also very flat and is best fished two hours before and two hours after the tide. I found a living Minnow that was fished on a circle hook and is not a weight for this flat area.

BlueFish need at least 50 degrees and like water between 72 and 84 degrees. It will really take a while.

I am always looking forward to the first blues run in the surf. We haven't had Big Blues for a long time, and I don't expect any this year, but they never know.

If you are looking for blues in the surf, nothing beats a nice piece of fresh men. This oily bait sends a come hither call that blues of all sizes cannot resist. I use a fish finder rig with 80-pound mono and a circle hook. The heavy mono is as good as wire and the district hook will ensure that the leader keeps away from the teeth of the blue.

And then there can be trout. Last year we had something trout that exceeded 7 pounds, and I somehow hope that we may see more of them and maybe a few more.

The top bait for trout will be a peeler crayfish. Once again I will use a fish finder rig with a circle hook, but a much lighter line from the Rig to hook. Something in the 30-pound class in a fluor coal line. Trout, also known as weak fish, have even lower temperature tolerance than bluefish. Trout can be as cold as 45 degrees, but prefer water in the range of 56 to 68 degrees.

No matter what you want to catch, it will take a while for this water to be warm enough to go to you.
