A man was arrested and is charged with a fatal shootout in McCHesport before murders.

The Allegheny County police were called for support according to A to help The man was shot on Wednesday shortly before noon in the Tube City Cafe along the Fifth Avenue.

The police said she found a man who was later identified as a 37-year-old Darnell Ross, who had been shot several times. He was brought to the Hospital Upmc McAsport, where he died.

Court documents show that the investigators used surveillance videos from the inside and outside of the bar to find out that a dispute between Ross and 39-year-old Floyd Noell took place, which the police identified as a suspect at the shootout.

The police say that Noell fought Ross and the two before shot twice.

The surveillance video showed a black SUV that left the bar after shooting. A Sergeant from the McKeSort police authority later discovered the vehicle in question and took the driver into custody.

A witness who had previously selected NOEL from a photo array and said that he was the person she saw her saw Ross in the bar, the police told the police that she was a person in the surveillance video.
