Man who is accused

Crockett, Texas (KTRE) – A man from Houston County is in custody after officials claimed that he fired a weapon and threatened workers in the office of the sheriff on Saturday morning.

Houston County's office said that the man who was later identified as Clifford Hener (34) had entered the office for the first time around 7 a.m. to be a federal agent and inspect records. He was informed that all MPs were on the patrol. At that time he left the building and reports he returned with an AR-15.

The dispatchers hid under their desks and demanded for help, and Heniser soon left the building again, this time about 30 laps shot into the air, the office of the sheriff said. Shortly afterwards, officials arrived with Crockett PD and the Texas Highway Patrol and confronted him.

The Sheriff's office said Hener was found together with the rifle with a pistol and two magazines in his person. Four rifle magazines and between 300 and 500 ammunition rounds were also found in his truck.

The publication on Saturday connects Hener with a Facebook post on Wednesday from the Sheriff's office, in which an incident was described in which a man came into the building with an aggressive and profane language when he spoke to civil servants. Hener was arrested on Wednesday for disordered behavior.

Heniser has now been received to pretend to be an officer, illegally bear a weapon, criminal violation and fatal behavior. The sheriff's office says it is being transferred to another district to hold.
