Man who is accused of shot to several victims

Greene County, Ark. (Kait) – The MPs of the sheriff Greene County arrested a man from whom they said he was shot in one house and several victims.

The judge of the district court Greene, Daniel Stidham, found a probable reason on March 1 to accuse 19-year-old Michael Kelly with a count of terrorist law and three cases in order to endanger the well-being of a minor.

According to an affidavit, the caller told the MP that Kelly had shot her husband on her husband and drove away.

The MPs later found Kelly's vehicle on the Highway 135 North and the part Road. The MPs also found a pistol that agreed with the description of the victim.

Witnesses told MPs that Kelly came home to fight one of the residents.

“When Michael Kelly was confronted, he shot a round towards the house and three people who were outside before driving,” says the affidavit.

The MPs found that there was a minor outside the house and two others were inside when the shootout entered.

No injuries were reported.

Judge Stidham only stopped Kelly's bond at $ 50,000 in cash.

Stidham also ordered Kelly not to have contact with the victims and to wear a GPS ankle monitor if he should connect.
