Man who is because of attack

Ivan Savitskiy, 39, was convicted of the second degree on Wednesday and ruthless driving on Wednesday. In 2023 he was Speed-Race by Marine Drive.

His brother Andrey Savitskiy was in the car when he crashed. His brother almost died of the consequences of the high-speed crash. According to court documents, he suffered from brain bleeding. He also had difficulties with his memory and language and asked for a specialist for his cognitive problems.

The police said five seconds before the crash that Savitskiy drove almost 142 miles per hour.

The crash had so much strength that the engine flew out of the car and lay on the south side of the North Marine Drive.

Savitskiy has a long criminal record for traffic violations.
