Man who was arrested

Charlotte, NC – New videos show the moments after the Gatesville Lane was fired in front of the McKee RD in the southeast of Charlotte on Tuesday afternoon.

The WCCB has learned that Francisco Anaya is accused of shot at its neighbors.

Other neighbors tell us that the 39-year-old Anaya then followed the men inwards before he went and went back to his house.

One of Anaya's neighbors tells us that he was shocked to hear shots and ran down to protect his children from possible balls that came through the house.

We were told that the police arrived there a few minutes later.

A patient situation did not take long when the police raved Anaya when he gave up. Officers arrested and wear Anaya to a patrol car.

We spoke to Anaya's father in his house this afternoon. He refused to continue talking about what happened.

Anaya is collected in front of 7 crimes for shooting in an occupied house together with an attack with a fatal weapon with the intention of killing, breaking and entering.
