Man who was arrested in Locke for rape of young people

Auburn-das New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation has arrested a 43-year-old Locke-Mann with a young person under the age of 15 due to rape.

Christopher T. Quaile was charged after an investigation of sexual allegations of abuse that occurred in his residence in the summer of 2023.

The investigation began on January 14, when Cortland County Child Protective Services contacted the state police for disclosure of the victim.

The investigators found that Quaile had been employed several times with the victim in July 2023.

On March 5, after the coordination with the public prosecutor of the Cayuga district, the authorities received a command for production to bring Quaile from the Cayuga County prison, where he was already in custody for separate charges.

He was officially charged on March 10 for rape for the second degree, a crime of class D, at the state police in Auburn.

After his arrest and processing, Quaile was brought back to Cayuga County prison to expect the indictment against capital.

The public prosecutor recommended no deposit due to the previous quails convicts and the condemnation of a crime that was not related.
