Man who was injured after shooting in the parking lot of the apartment complex

Lauderhill, Fla. – A man was injured in Lauderhill during a shootout on Friday evening, the police said.

After 8 p.m., police officers responded to the condominiums of the Stonebridge Gardens near Northwest 55 Avenue and the Oakland Park Boulevard.

According to Antonio Gonzalez, a spokesman for the Lauderhill police department, the shootout took place in the parking lot.

“Officers have found an adult white man suffering from gunshot wounds,” wrote Gonzalez.

Detective and Lauderhill Fire Rescue Personal also reacted to the crime scene.

“The victim was brought to Broward Health,” wrote Gonzalez.

Detective asked everyone to call the Lauderhill police at 954-4700 or Broward County Crime Stopper at 954-493-8477 to stay anonymous.
