Man who was injured while shooting near Denvers West High School

A man was injured on Tuesday afternoon at a shootout near the West High School in the West High School.

According to the Denver police department, the officials reacted to a shootout in the 800 block of the Elati Street at 2:42 p.m. A man was taken to the hospital with injuries who were not life -threatening.
