The Greater Salina Community Foundation (GSCF) will organize the annual day for Match Madness Giving Day with the 14th year of the event on Thursday, March 13, 2025.

At MATCH Madness, donations will match one of the 104 participating charity organizations of up to 50%. The funds collected are aimed at the constant funds of the individual charity organizations, which takes place on the GSCF to ensure a steady income current that facilitates the pressure of the annual fundraiser. In addition, every gift to a non -profit fund receives a proportional cash match – up to 50% – in the form of a cash grant that is immediately available for urgent needs. This year, private donors contributed 300,000 US dollars to suitable funds.

“This event is a win-win situation for everyone and a great example of working together in the community. Donations of all sizes are tied together to support our charity organizations in the long term, and the game specified can be used immediately by the charity organizations to meet urgent needs, ”said Jessica Martin, Managing Director of GSCF.

“We can't teach that. This is something that the students experience, and in our realm of the day when we can have a student outside the classroom, it is a Homerun! “
