“They gave me the possibilities of withdrawal, agreed to separate each other or to be fired, and I told him that I would rather be fired,” said Jackson.

The decision came into force on Monday after Jackson had been called to the HR department after the exception of concerns.

“I had this incident with the other coach,” said Jackson. “I went to the HR department on Thursday and told my story and had a meeting with the administration on Friday, and on Sunday I got a call or a text in which I was asked to come in.”

The coach said that the school gave him another reason for his termination.

“The reason I got was that I was not as much in the team as they suspect that I should be, and players and parents, they didn't know where the program went,” said Jackson.

Jackson believes that he leaves a legacy of the profit and does not have a scandal as the first black head coach in school.

He did not go into details, but believes that a racist incident between the parents probably led him to be terminated.

Jackson said he wanted the school administration to appeal to the situation, but that never happened.

“I think if I had occurred at the beginning of this situation, we could have done an even better job to turn the program around, and you never know that I might have been there for a few years,” he said.

The coach said he was not sure what would come next, but High Schools and Colleges did him about coaching positions.
