The Ole Miss Herren (8-1) tennis team began her second season with a game against the Arkansas Razorbacks (10: 3) in the Billingsley Tennis Center in Fayetteville, ARK.

This match was a challenge for the rebels because they hoped to extend their impressive start to the season into the conference game.

At the start of the SEC for the rebels and Razorbacks, both teams brought rounded positions to the court. The rebel's squad contained a mixture of experienced juniors and talented newcomers.

Junior Isac Strömberg from Stockholm, Sweden, and the newcomer Kai Milburn from Queenstown, New Zealand, took a decisive double game in Match One. Another electrifying duo that started in Match Two was the newcomer Benjamin Martin and the newcomer Matthieu Chambonniere. Match Three presented the resilient juniors Marcel Kamrowski and Noah Schlagenhauf.

Ole Miss was exposed to a hard doubles against the Razorbacks. Milburn and Strömberg had dynamics at the beginning of the game with aggressive net game, but ultimately lost 5-7.

Chambonniere and Martin competed against Arkansas in a competition game 4-6. Kamrowski and Schlagenhauf won 6: 2.

Martin had one of the most impressive achievements of the day, which secured a direct victory with an important precision and astonishing basic line game. In particular, Strömberg was another strong player for the rebels. Chambonniere gathered after dropping the first set, but his comeback efforts were not enough against Arkansas' aggressive network game.

The Ole Miss Men tennis team led a strong fight in their singles games, but was ultimately too short. Despite a highly competitive struggle all day, the rebels could not protect enough victories to overcome the home advantage of Arkansas.

According to one point, the razorche prevailed for the total number of points with 4: 3. Although the individual games have arisen with excellent individual performance, Ole Miss has to improve his execution in crucial situations in order to be successful in future games.
