Miami Football announces 2025 schedule

Miami University Athletics published the 2025 football plan this afternoon.

The Redhawks ended the 2024 season in December with a win in the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl. Miamis 9-5 record marked his fifth winning season under head coach Chuck Martin.

In the next season, the Redhawks will play two streets and two home games against non-conference opponents. In particular, Miami will not play against the University of Cincinnati Bearcats and break the fight for the Victory Bell tradition from 1888.

Similar to 2024, the Redhawks opened the 2025 season against a big ten opponent. Miami visits the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Badgers for the second time ever on August 28th. The Redhawks previously lost 58-0 against the Badgers in 2015.

The following weekend, the team remains under another Matchup against a big ten opponent at Rutgers University Scarlet Knights on September 6th.

After a good week, Miami's domestic worker will take place on September 20 when the Redhawks welcomed the rebels of the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) to the Yager Stadium. Miami rounds off his non-conference board with another home game against Lindenwood University Lions.

Miami entered 1-3 in the mid-American Conference (Mac). After a defeat against the University of Toledo Rockets, the Redhawks won seven in a row to receive an offer for the conference championship.

In 2025, the Redhawks will start on October 4 against the Northern Illinois University Huskies on the street against Northern Illinois University. The following week they remain against the University of Akron Rucks, which they did not play in 2024 on October 11th.

Miami returns to Yager to two games against the Eastern Michigan University Eagles (October 18) and the Western Michigan University Broncos (October 25).

Mid -Week Maction begins with a game on Tuesday evening against Ohio University Bobcats, the reigning Mac Champions, on November 4. The Redhawks play against the University of Toledo Rockets, the only other conference team that defeated them in Yager in 2024 on November 12th.

In the last game of the Redhawks they travel to the University of Buffalo Bulls on November 19. Miami plays again at Yager to complete the season against the Cardinals of Ball State University on November 29.

In Miami's regular 2024 season, the team was 7-1 in the conference game despite the 1-3 season start. The Redhawks will think against five of these Mac opponents, but they will not face the Chippewas at Central Michigan University, the golden flashes of Kent State University or the bowling Green State University Falcons.
