Mild start to the working week, but build rain and clouds

Kansas City, Mo. (KCTV) – It is a very active working week in the weather department. Today will be one of our less active days, but rain, winds and a storm option are in the horizon.

Today the cloud cover will quickly build up, and the gusts of wind will rise to 8 p.m. to 25 miles per hour until 8 a.m., which will continue the day until Tuesday. The temperatures start relatively mild shortly before sunrise from the upper 30s to the lower 40s, but when we move into the afternoon, the upper 50s and lower 1960s are used with a heavier cloud cover.

In front of the storm system there is the possibility that some isolated showers will occur. However, it is limited that it brings a storm risk of level 1 today. This means that the limited amount of rain we see today has a better chance of being a strong thunderstorm or possibly a threat from storm. When we see a heavy storm today, it is much more likely for small hail and strong gusts of wind at 60 miles per hour or more.

The front and low pressure system develops much more widespread and thunderstorms overnight until early morning on Tuesday. We expect two round strong storm cells, the first and greatest beings in the morning. The highest storm risks contain strong winds and a medium -sized hail with a size of half a dollar or larger. Heavy rain and lightning are also a problem.

We should see a slight breakdown of rain and storm activity that progresses in the early afternoon on Tuesday, but in the late afternoon between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. We should start bringing back more active thunderstorms and the threat to some isolated heavy storms. The gusts of wind in the course of Tuesday are expected around 25 miles per hour, with small possibilities increasing to up to 30 miles per hour. The back of the low pressure is pulled enough cold air overnight so that frozen rainfall can develop. This means that snow is expected early Wednesday morning.

Tuesday serious risk(KCTV)

At this point we don't expect a significantly large amount of snow. Model data in the morning and the weekend were certain that there were between 1 and 2 inch snow accumulation, but there is a concern that this snow will come exceptionally strong winds.

A high wind clock will be put on Tuesday evening on Wednesday with gusts between 45 and 50 miles per hour with bags of up to 55 miles per hour. This can make driving difficult and flight delays or cancellations make it difficult for a possibility. On Wednesday afternoon, a significant drop in temperature in the upper 30s and the lower 1940s is also recorded for Tageshochs. The feeling that the temperatures in the teenager are expected due to wind. Fortunately, the wind will die in Thursday and the temperatures begin to recover. Sometimes sunny sky with temperatures in the upper 40s and lower 50s move on Thursday.
