Missed to shot, man in sw Philly – NBC10 Philadelphia met

A woman who had just come to work was just injured when her SUV window was shot down early Friday during a nearby shooting along the Cemetery Avenue in the southwest of Philadelphia, said Philadelphia.

A man who was injured at the shootout and on February 28, 2025 on February 28, 2025 at the 2100 block of the Cemetery Avenue robbery tried to take the hospital, said Scott Small, police chief of Philadelphia.

Police officers who patrol near South 62nd Street, and the Woodland Avenue heard the shots shortly after 1:45 a.m. and hurried to the scene, the police said.

The investigators found a parked Infiniti -SUV in Woodland and Cemetery Avenue, with the rear windshield being released, and proving that more than 24 shots were fired by at least two handguns and shotguns, said Small.

A 57-year-old woman who had just worked in a nearby company and had come to her SUV when she heard her shots.

“Your vehicle was shot in the rear twice and one of the balls actually shot her rear windshield,” said Small.

“She was very lucky that she was not hit by shots,” said Small. “She was shaken.”

The 40-year-old man, who hit the shootout, was taken to another hospital to treat firing wounds on the chest, stomach and foot, said Small. It was listed in stable condition.

He told the police that the shootout took place during an attempted robbery, said Small. He only seemed to climb into his truck after the shot because there were no ball holes in his vehicle.

The shootout remained examined on Friday morning.
