Monitoring of the social media monitoring of Sparks examinations: Several tips lead to the arrest of the man from Eustis Man

Eustis, Fla. – According to an investigation by the Ministry for Criminal Service Authorities in Florida, a man from Eustis looks like 10 cases of possession obscene and indecent materials.

The suspect was identified and arrested after the national center for missing and exploited children (NCMEC) received several tips on accounts that were connected to a man who was later identified as Randall Lee Small II.

According to an affidavit of the likely cause, FDLE began to investigate tips last year of several social media platforms from NCMEC Cypertipline (CT), including Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat. A tip came from Facebook in May 2024 regarding one of his users who upload six files with “Child Erotica”.

“Children's erotica pictures show an unplaced, partially dressed or dressed child, who is sexually explicitly presented, which indicates that the child has the willingness of sexual activity,” explains the affidavit.

In August 2024, an FDLE agent tried to speak in his house in the Pine Road in the area of Pine Lakes with a small eustis with a small house. The agent spoke to Small's mother, who said he was not at home and the agent left her business card. Klein never mentioned and the CT report was closed; In an additional tip from Snapchat it says that the user name Randallringo had uploaded 25 children's erotica pictures, and users to whom he divided the content with him as “predator” because the girls to whom he had related were only 9 and 12 years old. The affidavit does not contain the date on which this tip has been received.

On January 15, FDLE agent traveled to Small's place of employment. Small was called to the clubhouse on the golf course, where he did not work legally in Eustis, and drove and left and left three times on a golf car before it was parked. When he went to agents, he made movements on his phone and later admitted that he had deleted news and photos of young people in bikinis. The agents asked small whether they could see his phone and he explained: “No, not without an arrest warrant.”

An agent took the phone as evidence and small, which seemed “laying”, admitted that he was stupid to publish the photos. He claimed that he would never touch a child and he got the photos from the Internet. Small said that he only shared the photos for a year, and an agent told him that it was untrue, and he was on her “radar” since 2021. Small allegedly replied: “I know.”

Fdle received an arrest warrant for the phone and found several pictures of Child Erotica. Small was charged with 10 possessions of obscene and indecent materials, which comes on files that were found on his TikTok and Snapchat accounts. An arrest warrant was issued for his arrest on March 10 and he was arrested at home on Thursday. He was taken to Lake County's prison, where he is recorded without a bond.
