Moore headlines Aggies' first day in Houston

Houston – The 2025 WAC swimming and diving championships were opened on Wednesday by the University of Houston. Peytton Moore Advanced people the A final of the 3M dive, while the Aggies took third place in the 200 Medley relay and fourth in the 800 free season.

The first aggies of the meeting to meet the pool were the divers and opened the campaign with the 3M dive. Peytton Moore recorded a 240.55 and earned the last place in the evening of a final. The newcomer improved in her second round, drew a personal component of 257.80 points and received a sixth place. Mira Tinani Came right behind Moore and entered the B final with a score of 240.50. In the final, Tinani's score rose to 263.85 and granted second place to the second year.

The 200 Medley relay began swimming between the preliminary runs and the final Kira BrownellPresent Kodi WimanPresent Emily Dobbins And Dijana Mazumdar For the first team event of the weekend. The quartet scored a time of 1: 40.29 in the second fastest time of the team this season and ended behind California Baptist and Grand Canyon.

In the 800 Free Relay NM State a fourth place and achieved a little more than a quarter of a second place behind Idaho in third place. The WAC championships will be on the second day for the second day on the University of Houston campus. The final events on Thursday include the 200 Free Relay, 500 Free, 200 IM and 50 Free in addition to the 1M dive.
