The police in Oakland initiated a kidnapping examination after a video captured a woman who was pulled into a vehicle near East Oakland School on Tuesday afternoon.

According to officers, the victim went on the block of 98th Avenue around 1800 near the Elmhurst United Middle School when an unknown suspect tried to beat her with a vehicle around 3:30 p.m.

Video supposedly from an eyewitness shows that the suspect comes out of the vehicle that seems to be a gray limousine. The police said that he then beat the victim several times and caused serious injuries.

The suspect then packs the victim against her will and puts her in the limousine as she screams that she is kidnapped. The police said that the suspect was last seen how he drove west in the 98th Avenue.

The police said that the vehicle was later recovered in East Oakland, which was determined as stolen. Neither the suspect nor the victim were found.

The victim is described as a black woman between the ages of 20 and 22, was about 5,5 “tall and weighs about £ 140. The police said that the woman had black and blue dreadlocks or braids and was finally seen how to wear a bright hoodie and bright jeans.

The suspect was described by officers between the ages of 20 and 24 and was about 5'5 “large with a thin building, with twisted hair and a scar or a brand on the left cheek. The police said he wore a black hoodie with a white logo on the back, blue jeans and white shoes.
