MSAD 51, Greely High School not communicated about an investigation of title IX

Cumberland, Maine (WGME) -The school district of Maine in the center of a transgender debate about student athletes, according to MSAD 51 superintendent, was not informed about an investigation of titles IX last week.

Fox News claimed that the Trump government had expanded its investigation of title IX to the Greely High School in Cumberland and the Maine Principals' Association.

The school district says that he has currently received no investigation through the examination of the US Ministry of Health and the Human Services.

Last week, the Trump government officially found the state against title IX and President Donald Trump's executive regulation that banned biological men from female sports because transgender students can play in girls sports.

Title IX is a federal law that prohibits sexual discrimination in schools and educational programs that receive federal financing.

The controversy began after Republican representative Laurel Libby belonged to a minor in a Facebook post about transgender athletes that competed in girls.

House members voted in party borders last month, and the Democrats argued that they had violated the ethics of the house trial. For this reason, Libby can no longer speak on the ground or vote on legislative matters.

She says, since she did this outside the State House, she should not have been censored. It now submits a lawsuit against the spokesman for the house, Ryan Fecteau, due to allegedly violating their first and 14th change rights.
