Ovid Twp. – The Southwest Enforcement Team of the Michigan State Police, together with the Marijuana section and tobacco investigations, published further details about search commands on Friday evening that were carried out in Ovid and Girard Townships in Branch County on Wednesday.
Detective carried out three searches after a joint examination of a alleged black market -Butan -Hash -oil production facility in a bar barn in the 600 block of Warren Road. Agents carried out a further arrest warrant in the 800 block of Marshall Road.
The agents have brought more than £ 2,000 marijuana back for the conversion into hash oil and 312 marijuana plants, 32 pounds butan -Hash -oil, psilocybin mushrooms, dimethyltryptam -suspicion on MDMA and three firearms.
The production of hash oil is legal in Michigan, but only under license and strict control of the cannabis supervisory authority.
The oil production laws of Butan -Hash prohibit operation in residential areas due to volatility.
MSP said the laboratory in the Warren Road was 60 feet from a caravan with young children.
A HAZMAT contractor removed the laboratory with Butan, Hexan, Pentan and other regulated chemicals, the police said.
Agents on site on Wednesday said that the production laboratory for closed loops was the largest in Michigan.
According to the SWET publication, several people will be exposed to fees.
Individuals can be charged with drug injuries and for violating Michigan's Marijuana tax law.
