Multiple arrested in connection with the shooting in Decatur Home

Decatur, ala. (Waff) – In July 2024, in connection with the shooting in a Decatur house, arrested.

According to the police authority of Decatur, the incident occurred around 12:17 p.m. in the 1000 block of Danville around July 31, 2024.

The police said the officials responded to reports on a shot call.

When the officials arrived, they found a victim to say that their home was hit by shots while the victim was inside.

Detectives received monitoring material from a nearby company and identified several suspects, said officials.

Arrivals were then issued for Hunter Lane Aldridge, Tylan Ramon Whitfield, Shun'terias Watson and two young people.

The police said on August 7, 2024 that Whitfield was arrested and accused of releasing a firearm into a occupied building due to the active arrest warrant.

He was instructed with a bond of 5,000 US dollars in Morgan County's prison.

The following day on August 8, both 17-year-olds were arrested and accused of releasing a firearm into a occupied building for their active arrest warrants.

One was instructed with a bond of 5,000 US dollars in Morgan County's prison. The other was booked into prison with a bond of 10,000 US dollars.

The police said on August 20, 2024 that Watson was arrested and accused of releasing a firearm into a occupied building due to the active arrest warrant.

He was instructed with a bond of 5,000 US dollars in Morgan County's prison.

Almost seven months later on February 26, 2025, Aldridge was arrested and accused of releasing a firearm into a occupied building due to the active arrest warrant.

Aldridge was instructed with a bond of 10,000 US dollars in Morgan County's prison.
