Murder examinations in West Charlotte

Charlotte, NC (WBTV) – According to the police department of Charlotte -Mecklenburg, a murder examination will take place on Sunday morning in West Charlotte.

The police said the shootout took place around 2 a.m. on Taggart Creek Road near the Boyer Street on Wilkinson Boulevard. A man was shot on the scene after he had put himself in an argument with an armed security guard, and paramedics sent him to the hospital.

The police said he finally died of his injuries.
