Mutiger TGI Friday's shooter was charged with criminal murder accusation | News, sports, jobs

Yeah'hsir Kahseem Legare, the alleged shooter at a deadly shootout in TGI on Fridays on March 2, 2024, was charged with district judge Christian Frey on Wednesday afternoon.

Frey denied the deposit, citing the indictment, the criminal murder, serious assault, a firearm without a license, possession of a firearm without a license, possession of an instrument of criminal, possession of a weapon, recklessly endangered person, criminal disaster and criminal use of a communication facility, which, according to an affidavit, has attributed a weapon.

Legare is planned on March 17 at 1:30 a.m. for a preliminary hearing in front of the district judge Gary Whiteman.

The district prosecutor of Lycoming County, Tom Marino, is to hold a press conference on this matter at 2:30 p.m.
