On both occasions, the Japanese star had to withdraw from their games due to an injury.

In her game against Osorio, Osaka's servant rhythm was gone from the start. In the third game of the first set, she had to fight a few stops. With 4: 4, however, she was broken in the ninth game, which made it possible to win the first set 6-4.

In the last game of the game, Osaka had four stops to get back into the game, but could not capitalize, and Osorio managed to win the victory in her first match point.

“The worst match I've ever played in my life. Wow, I'm so sorry for everyone who saw it,” wrote Osaka on threads.
