Negotiation date for Carie Hallford in the case of the federal cable was

El Paso County, Colo. (Krdo) – According to the court documents, a negotiation date of April 14th was discontinued for Carie Hallford in her Federal Wire Set.

John Hallford accepted a supplement to his plea deal, but Carie has decided to go to court. The couple are the former owners of return to the Natural Funeral Home in Penrose, Co, where almost 200 corpses were found as decomposed in October 2023.

Last year, the two guilty of obtaining charges in connection with the wire fraud. The agreement provided that they would pay at least 1,012,300 US dollars in reimbursement, even though the amount that each victim was given would be determined in the conviction.

On February 24, however, a judge decided that the plea agreement was “not in the public interest”.

In return, the Hallfords had the opportunity to accept a new addition to the contract agreement (which could lend more time to their sentence) or to reject, go to court and play a jury. John Hallford accepted a supplement to the agreement that could enable the potential of him in the conviction. His conviction is planned for March 20.
