New leaks show thinner galaxy z fold 7

New leaks indicate that Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be much thinner than earlier models. According to the renders created by onleaks, the Z -Fold 7 is only 4.5 mm thick in opening. This would make it one of the thinnest foldable phones on the market.

The exact dimensions are less clear when the conclusion is closed, but it is estimated that it is about 9.5 mm thick, including the camera base. Without the bump, it can be closer to 9 mm. The camera base seems to get out more than with earlier Samsung foldables.

The Z-Fold 7 is expected to have a larger 8.2-inch screen and a 6.5-inch screen.

Thinner design for Galaxy Z Fold

This means that it will be larger overall compared to previous generations.

The increased size could help Samsung to reach the same 4,400 -MAH battery in a thinner design. With regard to the performance, it is predicted that the Z -Fold 7 uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. A new 200 megapixel main camera will also contain.

The phone is the same 10-megapixel telephoto and 12 megapixel-ultra-wide cameras such as the Z-Fold 6. Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Z Fold 7 together with the Galaxy Z Flip 7 in July 2025. There were rumors that Samsung could announce a trifold device at the same event.

Leaker Max Jambor claims, however, that the tribrold will start “at a later date”.
