NFL combination plan: Browns HC, GM speak, QBS throw and other important details

NFL Combine Week depends on us (depending on how you want to define “week”). What is a marathon of sprints for those of us who cover the event live, possibly different for those who are not present. From 6 a.m. alarms until 2 a.m. and about 50 to 60 miles go, many tired legs, eyes and more in Indianapolis.

I wouldn't change it for the world.

As every year, we will bring you out of the combine harvester as many news, rumors and reports as possible. This year Damon Wolfe will take part in the trenches for the event with 13 others from SB Nation to me.

For Cleveland Browns fans, the schedule begins on Tuesday with GM Andrew Berry and ends with the offensive lines in the field on Sunday. Here are the important schedule details:

HC/GM interviews

All or almost all head coaches and managing directors are only interviewed for 15 minutes on the podium. This year Sean McDermott's is planned on Monday and Brian Schottenheimers on Thursday. Both are abnormal when everyone else is speaking on Tuesday or Wednesday.

  • Tuesday – 1 p.m. – GM Andrew Berry speaks to the media (2 sessions: for every 15 minutes, then choose Cleveland Media for about the same time)
  • Wednesday – 1 p.m. – HC Kevin Stefanski speaks to the media (same details as above)
