Nice, mild weekend in Maine in front of Rainy St. Patrick's Day

Portland (WGME)– A wonderful end of the working week is expected in Maine, with nice weather for the weekend.

St. Patrick's Day then looks pretty wet when our next storm system moves in.

Friday will be nice. The heights will range from the mid -40s on the coast to the low 50s in the interior. We will see a lot of sun all day.

Mainly cloudy skies are expected on Saturday. The heights range from the upper 40s along the coast to the low 50s in the interior.

Sunday will be very mild with an airy south wind.

Before the rain arrives on Sunday evening, the temperatures will probably reach the middle to upper 50s in large parts of the area.

A shower is possible, but the biggest rain lasts until Sunday evening.

The widespread rain moves with the highest total total along the coast by Sunday evening.

The rain will continue until the morning of St. Patrick's Day and gradually rejuvenate in the afternoon.

On Tuesday, Sunshine returns with mild temperatures in the low until the mid -1950s.

Great weather with heights in the 50s and until Thursday there is a lot of sun. Our next rain is moving on Thursday evening.
